Healthy Skin From Raw Potato
Recently i was reading a lot and staying up very late at night due to the holidays. I noticed that under my eyes, my skin got darker and my eyebags started to be obvious. I looked tired and weary. I went online and searched for different home remedies for my problem and fortunately i found articles that explain how potato is useful for a skin problem specially with tired eyes and eyebags. I want to share what i learned and hopefully this will also be helpful to you guys. I tried it and it's really good and working. Now take a look at the photos below. Those photos are examples of eye problem that this remedy can cure.

According to most of what i read, raw potato is good specially the skin part. So this is what i did. I chopped like 2 medium size potato in cubes to make it easier for me to blend. I didn't peel them off as i've read. Then i put them in the blender until it was juicy. I poured it in a small bowl and left it in the fridge for about 20 minutes until it's cold. While i wait for it to get cold, i get a cotton cloth or socks that i don't use anymore to serve as a bag where i will put the ground potato, then i washed my face to take off the dirt. Finally my potato was ready so i took them out of the fridge and poured half cup for each socks. Then i tied the socks slowly to seal them and i lie flat on my bed and put each sock on my eye. I waited for like 20-30 minutes to let the potato juice work on my eye's skin. I admit, i was a little hesitant to do it at first but i realized that it really work. It was very relaxing as well. I suggest that you try it yourself if you are experiencing this problem also. You won't be disappointed at all.
Now my eyes are better and my skin under my eyes is no longer dark and looks tired. Im happy i learned this home remedy. Easy, cheap and effective.
